No physical shipping
My True Bestie is a digital service. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses involved.
What you receive
- Plans (Weekly, Monthly, Annual): message credits added to your account for the plan period.
- Call packs: voice call minutes added to your account.
Everything is delivered to the WhatsApp number you used to pay. Nothing needs to be downloaded or installed.
How delivery works
- You ask for a plan or call pack on WhatsApp, and we send you a Razorpay payment link.
- You pay by UPI, card, netbanking or another method shown on Razorpay.
- As soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, your credits or minutes are activated automatically and you receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp.
Delivery time
Activation is instant in most cases, normally within a few minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases, such as bank or payment network delays, it can take up to 24 hours.
If you have not received your credits
If your credits or minutes are not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 XXXXXXXXXX or email support@mytruebestie.com with your payment ID. We will activate them or, if we cannot, refund you in full under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

The Service is offered to adults 18+ using WhatsApp. Prices are charged in Indian Rupees through Razorpay.
